Bryce Horn is an American trombonist, pianist, and composer from Cerritos, California. Based in Southern California, his diverse ensemble experience over the years has covered a multitude of genres, which include classical, orchestral, broadway, dixieland, jazz, blues, rock, ska, reggae, and pop. Exposed to music at a young age, Bryce was given the opportunity to explore his musical inclinations in conjunction with his public and collegiate education, leading to ensemble performances in some of America’s most recognizable performance and sports entertainment venues, including New York’s Carnegie Hall, Los Angeles’s Staples Center, and Seattle’s CenturyLink Stadium.

 

Horn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Jazz Studies from Washington State University in Pullman, where he was involved in the university’s school’s wind ensemble, symphony orchestra, jazz big bands, marching band, various collegiate sports pep bands, and small student-led combos and groups.

In recent years, he has had the opportunity to perform live across Southern California at various colleges and performance venues with a number of prominent musicians and groups, including participation in the music video "Love Yourself (Remix)” for R&B artist Mary J. Blidge featuring A$AP Rocky.
